Chhat Parba (fair) Chhat Parba (fair) is a Hindu fair falls in October-November the 6 day of bright fortnight. The people of Terai region of Nepal celebrate with the worship of sunrise and sun set. Chhat Parba (fair) offers to worship of Sun God to have son who still waiting it and well being his own happiness. They go Holy Rivers in Janakpurdham, Gangasagar and Dhanushasagar for ritual bath. Since 2011, the people who migrated from Terai region and live in Kathmandu, they celebrated this festival in Kathmandu valley at Pashupatinath, Rani Pokhari and Kamal Pokhari. People make the statue of Sun God with his vehicle horses and set up the big sound of holy music.
